<p><b>SUMMARY:</b></p><p>The Healthcare Access Manager is a customer facing role with an extension of market access, engaging with payers, institutions, HCPs and other key stakeholders to deliver value-based messages of Pfizer medicines, and enhance access through innovative healthcare solutions and partnerships.</p><ul><li><p>Establishes relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to understand payers’ unmet needs and coordinate commercial &amp; access long-term business objectives to maximize access.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Creates a customized value proposition, based on a deep understanding of payer Needs to secure access for new product launches, formulary inclusions, value added programs (e.g. disease awareness and education), and/or Innovative agreements.</p></li></ul><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li><p>Leads interactions with assigned accounts to establish and build strong long-term relationships.</p></li><li><p>Accelerate access timelines of Pfizer breakthrough in the main accounts.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for pricing and non-pricing proposals for assigned accounts to achieve formulary inclusion of Pfizer products.</p></li><li><p>Understands access and pricing conditions for key Pfizer and competitor products in assigned accounts.</p></li><li><p>Maps all assigned accounts by applying given prioritization criteria.</p></li><li><p>Develops and execute an annual strategic account plan for assigned accounts with , product-specific and relationship building targets, adjusting as needed based on progress.</p></li><li><p>Arranges and realizes payer engagement plans to achieve the defined strategic goals in alignment with CH&amp;V.</p></li><li><p>Brings insights on payer needs, interests, and decision-making process to support the CH&amp;V Product Strategist in the development of the local strategy.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates with CH&amp;V Product Strategist to achieve formulary inclusion of Pfizer products in assigned accounts.</p></li><li><p>Arranges educational events between payers and KOLs, advisory meetings and other interactions to achieve strategic goals.</p></li><li><p>Anticipates, mitigates, and manages risks to both Pfizer and assigned accounts.</p></li><li><p>Collaborates with any other Pfizer platform and support functions as well as field colleagues to ensure alignment and consistency in approach and messages.</p></li><li><p>Supports the development and implementation of strategies tailored to assigned - accounts, with product-specific and relationship building goals.</p></li><li><p>Maintains a database of pricing and access offers, performance, and competitive intelligence for assigned accounts to enable gathering of historical insights and inform successful future access strategies.</p></li></ul><p><b>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science (or equivalent).</p></li><li><p>A minimum of 3 years of sales, Market Access Experience and commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.</p></li><li><p>Experience in Saudi is a MUST.</p></li><li><p>Multiple Therapeutic Area experience is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Experience of local laws &amp; regulations and reimbursement process is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in written and spoken English, Arabic is an advantage.</p></li></ul><p><b>TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li><p>Manages complexity to make timely, informed decisions in a fast-moving environment</p></li><li><p>Drives impactful short and long-term strategies to support patient access and outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Ability to influence without direct authority.</p></li><li><p>Collaborates with others to accomplish shared goals.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills.</p></li><li><p>Consistently demonstrates accountability in the face of challenges.</p></li><li><p> Respond to change with agility, optimism, and innovation.</p></li><li><p>Deliver to expectation within set time frame as well as able to plan and organize</p></li><li><p>timelines around key milestones or set goals/deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Proven record of holding people accountable.</p></li><li><p>Analytical thinking.</p></li></ul><p>  <br /> </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Market Access<p></p><p></p>
