Health Economics Consultant (Evidence Evaluation)

We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we&#39;re committed to making a difference.</p><p></p><p></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p></p><h2>Project Execution</h2><ul><li><p>Provide high-quality, timely, scientific/strategic solutions to meet client needs.</p></li><li><p>Understand client objectives and customize evidence delivery using innovative strategies.</p></li><li><p>Lead conduct and analysis of research to shape strategic recommendations under guidance of Project Director.</p></li><li><p>Manage and execute SLR tasks: screening, data extraction, protocol design, quantitative feasibility.</p></li><li><p>Prepare synthesis and review of findings.</p></li><li><p>Develop SLR deliverables: reports, slide decks, manuscripts, abstracts, posters.</p></li><li><p>Produce quality work aligned with expectations of Project Lead/Manager and clients.</p></li><li><p>Work within broad project guidelines under Project Director/Technical SMEs.</p></li><li><p>Take initiative to prioritize work while aligning with Project Lead and Line Manager.</p></li><li><p>Follow and implement organization’s consulting models and methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Lead all aspects of project management activities.</p></li><li><p>Identify internal/project issues, escalate with proposed solutions.</p></li></ul><h2></h2><p></p><h2>Support Managers/Directors in developing technical HEOR proposals.</h2><ul><li><p>Communicate potential new business leads to consulting management and account managers.</p></li><li><p>Interact professionally with clients and internal teams.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to presentations with support from senior colleagues.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Parexel-Related Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Meet annual scorecard metrics.</p></li><li><p>Complete job responsibilities including timesheets, expense reports, CV updates, deliverable archiving.</p></li><li><p>Participate in internal initiatives/projects or mentoring as requested.</p></li><li><p>Define and pursue self‑development activities.</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Skills</h2><ul><li><p>Strong computing skills (MS Office).</p></li><li><p>High analytical ability.</p></li><li><p>High degree of written accuracy and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Strong oral and written communication of technical information.</p></li><li><p>Self‑motivation and enthusiasm.</p></li><li><p>Flexible attitude for new learning and varied tasks.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Fluent English with excellent verbal and written skills.</p></li><li><p>Keen interest in medical research, healthcare, and pharma industry.</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Knowledge and Experience</h2><ul><li><p>Training/experience in health economics and/or outcomes preferred.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience in HEOR, SLR, or evidence evaluation environments.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li><p>Master’s degree or equivalent in Life Science/MBBS/BDS/PhD is essential.</p></li></ul>
