<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></h2><p></p><p>The incumbent is a senior leader and will accelerate ANI growth through a dual mandate:</p><p>Own and deliver high-impact India Acceleration initiatives end-to-end—from problem definition and solution design to execution and impact realization—working closely with India commercial leadership and cross-functional teams; and Lead Frontier Markets (Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, etc) Strategy, program governance, and Marketing to drive sustainable growth.</p><p>The role will establish a metrics-led execution cadence, drive cross-functional delivery, and ensure initiatives translate into measurable improvements in sales, margin, distribution, and productivity.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>1) India Acceleration Strategy — Program &amp; Work track Ownership</p><ul><li>Own and deliver assigned India Acceleration work tracks end-to-end: problem framing, initiative design, business case, execution roadmap, and impact realization.</li><li>Build and run a work track PMO cadence (periodic actions, milestone tracking, risk/issue logs, decision requests) and ensure timely escalation/de-bottlenecking.</li><li>Define and track leading and lagging indicators, establishing predictive metrics that signal performance and trigger interventions early.</li><li>Closely monitor revenue, margin, growth, reach, KPIs and engagement measures aligned to the acceleration plan; convert insight into corrective action with clear ownership.</li><li>Partner with commercial functions to identify gaps and implement plans to close sales and execution gaps (coverage, conversion, assortment, availability, visibility).</li><li>Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Regulatory to deliver the work track outcomes.</li><li>Prepare leadership-ready updates and decision materials for governance forums and senior stakeholders.</li></ul><p>Examples of typical work tracks: margin optimization, portfolio/format/functional enhancement, sales acceleration programs, strategic deals, governance model/operating rhythm improvements, channel/geography expansion.</p><p>2) Lead the Acceleration &amp; Marketing for Frontier Markets (Bangladesh / Nepal / Sri Lanka)</p><ul><li>Own the frontier markets acceleration plan and performance rhythm to deliver committed growth outcomes.</li><li>Establish KPIs and dashboards; track sales, margins, growth, reach/distribution; run corrective actions with market teams and partners.</li><li>Own market-by-market strategy for Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka: segmentation, positioning, messaging, annual brand plans.</li></ul><ul><li>Lead portfolio and pack-price architecture choices aligned to local affordability and channel economics.</li></ul><ul><li>Own the integrated marketing calendar: consumer campaigns, trade activation, digital/performance where relevant.</li></ul><ul><li>Build a robust insight engine (competition, pricing, claims, channel dynamics) and translate into GTM actions.</li><li>Act as the bridge between India marketing, regional marketing, and frontier commercial teams.</li></ul><p></p><p>3) Strategic Project Management (Transformation PMO — India &#43; Frontier Markets)</p><ul><li>Identify and drive transformation initiatives based on business priorities; execute high-impact projects critical to growth (e.g., margin optimization, sales acceleration, strategic deals).</li><li>Lead cross-functional execution across Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Regulatory to deliver results.</li><li>Own end-to-end project delivery: design, roadmap, risk management, de-bottlenecking, escalation, and leadership communication.</li><li>Bring best practices and internal/external insights into initiative design and execution.</li><li>Provide crisp updates and decision material for leadership governance forums; prepare exec-ready communication when needed.</li><li>Collaborate with regional and global teams, as needed</li></ul><p>Skills &amp; Competencies</p><ul><li>Strong business acumen with financial understanding; ability to connect strategy &#43; marketing to P&amp;L outcomes.</li><li>Strong problem solving, analytics, and executive synthesis; clear communication and presence.</li><li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrix and deliver outcomes with pace.</li><li>Marketing leadership depth: brand/portfolio, GTM, trade/channel programs, measurement/ROI mindset.</li></ul><p></p><p>Experience &amp; Education</p><ul><li>10–15&#43; years’ experience across strategy/PMO</li><li>MBA from a reputable institute, preferably with experience in a top tier firm, typically in management consulting or strategy.</li><li>Strong exposure to market research, analytics, and commercial performance management.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp;
