An experienced and seasoned Sales Leader who will be responsible for formulating strategic directions, evaluating key accounts, analyzing market trends, implementing multi-year plans, monitoring global developments, executing customized account plans, resolving complex issues and staying updated on relevant trends to align with business goals and enhance client relationships. The role will directly report to the District Leader / Country GM Indonesia.
Your Role:
Lead multi commercial partnerships to drive revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and negotiate high‑value contracts.
Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and Annual Operating Plans to meet revenue and market targets.
Lead, coach, and align the sales team with cross‑functional partners to ensure strong execution of market initiatives.
Manage product portfolios or new market introductions to increase sales, margins, and customer reach.
Resolve complex sales and customer issues to maintain satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
Monitor market trends and competitive insights to support strategic positioning and market share growth.
Drive lead‑generation strategies, market expansion, and new customer acquisition.
Improve sales processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to talent development, budgeting, and P&L performance.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's/ master’s degrees in business administration, project management, sales, marketing or equivalent with 12+ years of progressive sales/commercial experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within medical devices, healthcare technology, diagnostics, or life sciences.
An experienced leader with solid experience in B2B sales/marketing, include strong experience in c-level engagement, business development and sales leadership (account management, client relationship management). Strong expertise in developing sales strategies, managing product portfolios, and driving successful market expansion.
Demonstrated strength in high‑value contract negotiation, key account management, and building long‑term strategic partnerships.
Excellent leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, and building high‑performing sales teams.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, including understanding of P&L drivers, budgeting, and data‑driven decision-making.
Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory, compliance, and market dynamics, with strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving capabilities.
