Purpose: In this highly visible role, you will serve as a strategic HR partner to senior business and functional leaders, translating enterprise priorities into organization, talent, leadership, culture, and workforce strategies that strengthen performance and accelerate growth within the scope of the GS Finance team globally across our capability centers.
You will operate as an enterprise leader, bringing the full power of OneHR to solve complex business challenges and create an environment where leaders and teams can do their best work. This is an opportunity for a strategic HR leader who is energized by enterprise impact, senior leadership partnership, transformation, and the chance to shape how Johnson & Johnson attracts, develops, and enables talent for the future.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$150,000.00 - $258,750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
