You will build trusted relationships with national policymakers, health authorities and key stakeholders. You will shape policy and market access environments to improve patient outcomes and support business goals. These responsibilities include some of the following:</p><p></p><p>- Represent GSK externally with credibility and professionalism to shape policy conversations.</p><p>- Lead the development and execution of health policy priorities that support access to innovation across GSK’s key therapeutic areas.</p><p>- Monitor policy and system developments related to prevention, early intervention and access to treatments, and translate these into clear insights and recommendations.</p><p>- Execute targeted policy projects and ecosystem initiatives in collaboration with external stakeholders mainly on improving life-course immunization and access to innovation.</p><p>- Build and maintain working relationships with key external stakeholders, including policy makers, professional societies, industry bodies, and trade partners.</p><p>- Lead strategic, proactive government affairs agenda to shape key external issues, improve market access & regulatory environment and accelerate patients’ access to new GSK medicines and vaccines</p><p></p><p><b>Why You?</b></p><p><b>Basic Qualification</b></p><p></p><p>We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals</p><p></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, political science, health policy, law, business or related field.</p><p>- Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in health policy, government affairs, public affairs, or related fields within pharma, healthcare consulting, or trade associations.</p><p>- Experience working on multi stakeholder initiatives or policy projects.</p><p>- Good understanding of Türkiye’s healthcare and policy environment.</p><p>- Strong ability to work in matrix settings and influence without direct authority.</p><p>- Solid analytical, writing, and communication skills.</p><p>- Fluent Turkish and strong English.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><p></p><p>If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus</p><p></p><p>- Advanced degree in public policy, law, health economics, MBA or related field.</p><p>- Pragmatic, credible, and grounded in local realities</p><p>- Collaborative, relationship oriented, and solution focused</p><p>- Eager to set ambitious goals and take ownership for results. Curious, proactive, defining actions and following through.</p><p>- Comfortable delivering incremental progress and quick wins in complex environments</p><p>- Strong personal ownership and execution discipline</p><p></p><p>Work arrangement</p><p>This role is hybrid.
