Head of CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls)

Kither Biotech is a preclinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapies for rare pulmonary diseases with high unmet medical needs. The role will be responsible for all CMC-related activities across the drug development pipeline of Kither Biotech. The candidate will develop and lead all CMC-related activities (peptide and small molecule) including process chemistry, drug substance, drug product, analytical, and formulation from lead optimization phase through to clinical development and commercialization. Responsibilities include managing manufacturing service providers, authoring CMC sections of regulatory filings, leading nebulizer sourcing, ensuring quality standards, and reporting progress to the CEO and Board.
