Accurate policy interpretation and analysis delivery to related internal colleagues on timely.</li><li>Lead and ensure good performance of the team on products access on both state and local level. Develop government policy lobby competency and strive for favorable policy environment shaping.</li><li>Ensure close communication/cooperation with internal stakeholders on reimbursement / pricing / healthcare policy sharing, product access progress, government communication and crisis solving through SMART and other cross-functional cooperation.</li><li>Formulate internal management regulations, SOP, financial budget to ensure the efficiency, alignment and compliance of department.</li><li>Build an effective leadership team ensuring that each individual in a leadership role embraces the company way and instills a winning culture within the team.</li><li>Ensure that all staff having sufficient training, management and resources to successfully reach their stretching targets.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree or above in medical or pharmaceutical</li><li>More than 10 years government affairs or related working experience, with 5 years more in management capacity.
