Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>The Position</h3><p><span>As Head of Business Partnering DIA(Head of Business Partnering DIA China</span><span>) you will focus as a key strategic liaison and a primary communication channel between the dedicated business function (e.g. affiliate, site)  and the RDT organization. </span></p><p><span>This role is critical in ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business needs, and responsible for co-creating and managing the technology strategy and portfolio to drive business outcomes. </span></p><p><span>The Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor, orchestrating cross-functional delivery teams and owning the budget for the area of responsibility. </span></p><p><span>This role also involves nurturing talent, managing teams, and driving a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within IT.</span></p><p></p><p><b><u>Description of the area</u></b></p><p></p><p><span>This is a strategic role that enables commercial success of RD China market. This role has to align our product strategies and roadmap to fulfill the needs of the China market and ensure that we have the right strategy to adhere to the China data privacy/security requirements.
