</span><span>haematologists</span><span>, clinical nurse consultants, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams across hospital and specialist settings.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Navigate complex pathways within accounts,<span> </span></span><span>identifying</span><span><span> </span>opportunities to enhance the patient experience and drive positive outcomes in readiness for an upcoming launch.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Serve as a strategic partner to clinicians and accounts, aligning our commercial approach to support both patient and business<span> </span></span><span>objectives</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Demonstrate a deep understanding of H</span><span>aematological</span><span> malignancies and benign H</span><span>aematology</span><span> disease areas relevant to the portfolio.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Confidently and compliantly communicate clinical evidence tailored to customer </span></b></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Bachelor's degree in business</span><span><span> </span>or a Science-related discipline.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ability</span><span><span> </span>to travel interstate as needed to fulfill business needs.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Current MA Code of Conduct qualification.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Valid Australian driver’s license.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Full-time work rights in Australia.</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p></div><div><p><b><span><span>Preferred Experience</span></span><span> </span></b></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ideally based in <b>Victoria</b> or <b>New South Wales</b> (applicants from other states will be considered for the right fit).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Minimum<span> </span></span><span>four<span> </span></span><span>years’ successful</span><span><span> </span>haematology<span> </span></span><span>specialist sales experience in the Australian pharmaceutical industry</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Proven business<span> </span></span><span>acumen</span><span><span> </span>and account management capabilities.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.</span></span><span>
