<p><b>Section 1: Design and manage commercial team’s incentive compensation</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Simulate and provide incentive proposals for commercial team based on robust understanding of business strategies</p></li><li><p>Communicate with related departments to facilitate and reach consensus on commercial incentive policy</p></li><li><p>Ensure clear communication with commercial team</p></li><li><p>Track incentive actual payout, manage budget utilization and provide analysis accordingly (e.g. IC payout retrospective analysis, etc.)</p></li></ul><p><span><b> </b></span></p><p><b>Section 2: Manage and continuously optimize commercial target setting method</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage commercial target setting including account receivables, DSO, etc.</p></li><li><p>Allocate target to individual CDC levels</p></li><li><p>Ensure effective simulations and accurate allocation</p></li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Section 3: Commercial achievement and appeal processing and validation</b></p><ul><li><p>Deal with multiple patterns of commercial appeals to generate final business achievement</p></li><li><p>Close collaboration with finance BP, supply chain, credit management and hub functions</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Section 4: Lead projects as required to support the execution of GTMC strategic initiatives:</b></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate projects that are strategic for customer-facing function of GTMC</p></li><li><p>Constantly look, propose and implement initiatives and solutions to deliver higher business efficiency and simplification in alignment with the business team</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Section 5: Commercial analysis:</b></p><ul><li><p>Provide operational efficiency related commercial analysis including FTE deployment of commercial team, retrospective analysis of commercial IC or performance</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
