GTMC-FFE BA Manager - SC/KA-Shanghai

<p><b>Main responsibilities:</b></p><p><b><u>CoE (Center of Excellence) for Specialty Care FFE BP team</u></b></p><p>·       Establish and maintain CoE standards, methodologies and tools for FFE BP operations across Specialty Care Franchises</p><p>·       Drive standardization and harmonization of FFE processes, templates and analytical frameworks across the team</p><p>·       Coordinate with GTMC FFE HQ to ensure alignment on global/regional guidelines</p><p>·       Lead comprehensive data analysis and insight generation to support strategic decisions on FFE related tasks</p><p>·       Deliver high-impact analysis and presentations to senior management and GTMC leadership, leveraging cross-BU best practices and industry benchmarks</p><p>·       Drive automation and digitalization of routine reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy</p><p>·       Transform complex data into actionable business insights, demonstrating strong understanding of business dynamics and market trends</p><p><b><u>KA (Key Account) Operation Management (BP Role)</u></b></p><p>·       Serve as dedicated FFE business partner to KA team, providing strategic insights and recommendations tailored to KA-specific operational needs and challenges</p><p>·       Design and implement comprehensive KA-tailored FFE frameworks, including KA targeting strategy, territory alignment and optimization, target setting and incentive scheme design</p><p>·       Develop sophisticated KA analytical models and dashboards to monitor performance, generate actionable insights, and drive efficiency, productivity and discipline</p><p>·       Foster proactive collaboration with KA leaders and other commercial excellence counterparts to ensure seamless FFE process execution and continuous improvement</p><p>·       Lead and coordinate in KA/Market Access strategic projects, ensuring smooth execution and successful implementation of key initiatives</p><p></p><p><b><u>Education:</u></b></p><p>·         Minimum bachelor’s degree</p><p>·         Advanced degree (such as Master, PhD, or MBA) is preferred</p><p><b><u>Experience &amp; knowledge:</u></b></p><p>·         At least 8 years’ experience in FFE, commercial excellence or business analytics field, preferably in MNC pharmaceutical companies</p><p>·         Experience in Specialty Care and/or Key Account management is a strong plus</p><p>·         Solid knowledge in FFE tools, processes and analytical frameworks, with in-depth understanding of China pharmaceutical industry dynamics</p><p>·         Strong project management skills and excellent cross-functional communication capabilities</p><p>·         Advanced proficiency in Excel modelling, PowerPoint Presentation and data visualization tools</p><p>·         Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in a complex matrix organization</p><p>·         Good command of written and verbal English</p><p><b><u>Core competencies:</u></b></p><p>·         Strong Influence skill</p><p>·         Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into FFE solutions</p><p>·         Strong analytical skills to drive comprehensive analysis and provide business recommendations</p><p>·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional dynamics</p><p>·         Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment</p><p>·         High level of integrity, transparency and accountability</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
