Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.</p><p></p><h2><b>Designation</b> – GS ATR Team Lead</h2><p><b>Location</b> - Mumbai</p><p></p><h2><b><u>Person will be responsible for </u></b></h2><p></p><p>- Monthly &amp; Quarterly closing of management books of accounts as per USGAAP along with closure of accounts as per Ind AS from Statutory perspective.</p><p>- Working on various Ad-Hoc Activities, Reporting and managing Internal, HCC, Compliance Audit requirements. Closure of Statutory, Cost &amp; Internal audit of the company.</p><p>- Update Process SOPs and compliance with RCM/ SOX requirements.</p><p>- Preparation of monthly &amp; quarterly MIS and drive P&amp;L &amp; BS reviews.</p><p>- Preparation of closing related journal entries &amp; MIS on monthly / quarterly basis.</p><p>- Review of activities and journal entries prepared by team members. Review of Quarterly reports, Journal Logs, Balance sheet reconciliations.</p><p>- Ensure timely closure of books.</p><p></p><h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2><p>A) Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of proven experience. CA is mandatory. Any other accounting certification, degree would give added advantage.</p><p>B) Accounting Concepts should be strong. Basic knowledge of GST is required.</p><p>C) Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Should be determined.</p><p>D) Knowledge of SAP &amp; Excel is must.
