Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.</span></i></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Main responsibilities:</span></b></p><p><i><span>Group Lead Brand & Patient Analytics is responsible to create synergies and provide functional & operational direction to Multiple processes across various GBU and GTMC operation, so that the cost savings and value creation are achieved with deliveries optimized through multi-layered teams.</span></i></p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Leadership & Team Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead and develop a high‑performing analytics team of 30+ associates focused on brand analytics, targeting, segmentation, and patient analytics.</p></li><li><p>Mentor analysts, senior analyst, managers and team lead drive capability building in brand and patient analytics, storytelling, and US market data fluency.</p></li><li><p>Manage resource allocation, prioritization, and delivery quality across multiple therapeutic areas and brands.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Brand & Commercial Analytics</b></p><ul><li><p>Oversee delivery of end‑to‑end brand performance analytics across new and inline brands (market trends, TRx/NRx analysis, promotional effectiveness)</p></li><li><p>Drive development of advanced segmentation frameworks—HCP, account, patient, and population segmentation.</p></li><li><p>Lead targeting strategy design using advanced patient and prescriber analytics.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain brand KPIs, and analytics frameworks for senior leadership decision‑making.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Patient Analytics & Market Mapping</b></p><ul><li><p>Own patient journey analytics including diagnosis, treatment initiation, titration, persistency, adherence, switching, and drop‑off points.</p></li><li><p>Design market maps integrating HCP, account, patient, and ecosystem stakeholders to support strategic planning.</p></li><li><p>Develop frameworks for identifying patient opportunity, treatment gaps, and barriers impacting brand growth.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Launch Readiness & Early‑Launch Analytics</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead launch readiness analytics including unmet need assessment, sizing, scope of opportunity, and competitive landscape mapping.</p></li><li><p>Build and operationalize launch KPIs, early launch performance tracking, and signal detection frameworks.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Expertise in US Pharma Data Assets</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage and leverage large‑scale US datasets such as:</p></li></ul><p>§ APLD</p><p>§ LAAD</p><p>§ Medical & Pharmacy Claims (IQVIA, Symphony, DRG)</p><p>§ DDD (Drug Distribution Data)</p><p>§ Exponent/Chargeback/340B data</p><p>§ CRM (Veeva/SFDC)</p><p>§ RWE, EHR, EMR, Specialty Pharmacy, HUB services data</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Partner closely with US Brand Marketing to translate analytics into action.</p></li><li><p>Present insights to senior leadership with clarity, storytelling, and strategic recommendation framing.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a trusted advisor for commercial strategy, opportunity sizing</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Business Impact & Outcomes</b></p><ul><li><p>Deliver insights that improve targeting precision, accelerate brand growth, and optimize commercial investments.</p></li><li><p>Support decision-making across lifecycle phases—pre‑launch, launch, growth, and maturity.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>About you</span></b></p><ul><li><p>14+ years in pharma commercial analytics, brand analytics, patient analytics, or data science.</p></li><li><p>Strong working knowledge of major US pharma datasets.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to lead teams of 30+ members.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><b>Dataset Exposure: </b>IQVIA- MIDAS, LAAD, Channel Dynamics, APLD, CRM, Claims Data, Promotional data etc.</span></p></li><li><p><span><b>Education</b>: <i>Graduate/postgraduate in any discipline (e.g., MBA, BPharm, MS, PhD, DVM,)</i></span></p></li><li><p><span><b>Languages</b>: <i>Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)</i></span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Pursue progress, discover extraordinary</span></p><p><span>Better is out there.
