<h1><b>Graphic Designer</b></h1><p></p><ul><li>Location: Barcelona</li></ul><p></p><p>Join Sanofi as Graphic Designer in our team in Barcelona. where we transform complex scientific information into compelling visual communications.</p><p></p><h2><b><span>Main Accountabilities</span></b></h2><p></p><h3><span>Content Creation &amp; Design</span></h3><p></p><ul><li>Design and produce creative deliverables including medical training and educational videos, quarterly insight videos, explainer videos, infographic animations, video publication articles, promotional videos, and animated icons</li><li>Develop visual materials such as PowerPoint slide decks, scientific posters, infographics, newsletters, e-mailers, flyers, brochures, and handouts following provided guidelines and specifications</li><li>Create interactive digital deliverables including e-learning modules and patient education materials</li></ul><p></p><h3><span>Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Management</span></h3><p></p><ul><li>Maintain effective relationships with the Content Enhancement team, Scientific Writers in SBO, and global stakeholders to ensure scientific communication materials meet requirements</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers and Scientific Writers to understand project-specific requirements and deliver requests on agreed timelines with high quality</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to other graphic designers when needed</li></ul><p></p><h3><span>Project &amp; Process Management</span></h3><p></p><ul><li>Prioritize and manage assigned projects, adhering to defined quality standards and delivering on time</li><li>Proactively communicate and flag issues to Team Lead regarding project timelines or input challenges</li><li>Design and set up new templates adhering to brand guidelines and manage continuity</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility to meet project demands and deliver outputs on time</li></ul><p></p><h3><span>Continuous Improvement</span></h3><p></p><ul><li>Actively participate in team meetings and provide suggestions for improvement</li><li>Share best practices and new learnings with the team</li><li>Engage in self-learning to stay updated with latest developments in technologies and design trends</li><li>Upskill continuously to enhance content enhancement deliverables</li></ul><p></p><h2><b><span>About You</span></b></h2><p></p><h3><span>Required Qualifications</span></h3><p></p><h3><i>Education:</i></h3><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree in Visual Communications, Mass Communications, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field with focus on graphic design and visualization of scientific content</li></ul><p></p><h3><i>Experience:</i></h3><p></p><ul><li>2-6 years of experience in graphic design, video creation, and new media</li><li>Proven ability to translate complex information into visual formats (videos and other visual communication methods)</li><li>Experience following brand guidelines while working on deliverables and preparing templates</li></ul><p></p><h3><i>Technical Skills:</i></h3><p></p><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage work activities</li></ul><p></p><h3><i>Soft Skills:</i></h3><p></p><ul><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both verbal and written)</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment</li><li>Creative and aesthetic thinking with knowledge of current graphic and design trends</li><li>Clear and effective communication abilities</li></ul><p></p><h3><i>Language:</i></h3><p></p><ul><li>Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)</li></ul><p></p><h3><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></h3><p></p><ul><li>Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare industry, or scientific content mediation</li></ul><p></p><p><span>#LI-Hybrid #BarcelonaHub #SanofiHubs</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
