Job Responsibilities:**
* Participate in the design, development, testing, and validation of new medical devices, systems, and software.
* Assist senior engineers in conducting research, analyzing data, and troubleshooting technical issues.
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
* Learn and apply engineering principles, methodologies, and tools relevant to the healthcare industry.
* Support the implementation and improvement of engineering processes and procedures.
* Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
* Strong academic record with a demonstrable understanding of fundamental engineering principles.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
* Prior internship or project experience in a related field is a plus.
