As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Wipro GE Healthcare, you will embark on a structured program designed to develop your technical skills and business acumen within a leading healthcare technology company. Job Responsibilities
* Participate in a comprehensive training program covering product development, engineering processes, quality standards, and regulatory compliance within the medical device industry.
* Assist senior engineers in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of healthcare products and solutions.
* Conduct research and analysis to support engineering projects and problem-solving initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and service, to ensure successful project execution.
* Document technical specifications, test plans, and engineering reports accurately and thoroughly.
* Learn and apply engineering tools and methodologies relevant to your assigned projects.
* Adhere to all company policies, quality systems, and safety regulations.
* Proactively seek feedback and engage in continuous learning and professional development.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering in Environmental or PGDIP in Safety from an accredited institution.
* Strong academic record with a demonstrable understanding of fundamental engineering principles.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
* Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, simulation software, programming languages) depending on the engineering discipline.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
* Prior internship or project experience in a relevant engineering field is a plus.
