Define the country strategy for the Dermo-Cosmetics/Personal Care and Medical Care BUs within the framework defined by regional/BU management and play a direct role in the implementation of key initiatives, especially regarding priority topics.
- Take responsibility for the income statement (P&L: from Revenue to the Operating Income) for all activity in your country/area
- Define the budget and the 3-year timeframe for the country alongside your managers for the area in the context of profitable growth and sustainable development of our activities vs. the competition. Establish economic frameworks at a subsidiary BU management level. Support BU managers in achieving the objectives set for each area
- Improve efficiency/productivity by developing activity in the country (structure, marketing/digital investments, human resources) through rational expenditure management within your area according to the Group’s strategic guidelines and in the context of profitable growth.
- Define and implement a policy of rationalization (brands, franchises, catalogs, organizations, etc.) and productivity-boosting based on indicators established by management (e.g. Turnover/FTE, field turnover/FTE, turnover excluding digital/field FTE excluding digital staff, etc.).
- Make and take responsibility for the resulting decisions: staff management, reorganization, recruitment or dismissal, budget cuts, etc. in accordance with the strategy defined by management.
- Promote a digital culture to improve "patient or consumer centricity" and ensure that we are a preferred and trusted partner.
- Draw up a comprehensive medicalization policy to set us apart from the competition
- Optimize working methods and organization by proposing monitoring means and procedures in accordance with Group standards and local legislation, and by ensuring employee commitment (leadership, mobility, skills development, etc.).
- Lead and supervise the team. Develop skills and manage performance, both individually and collectively
- Build bridges with other regions for sharing good practices and the ongoing development of our activity
- Defend and implement the conditions for promoting and maximizing the value of our ethical, compliance and sustainable development approaches (Green Mission).
