As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for: <ul><li>Provide a finished goods forecast by critically analyzing demand patterns, identifying trends, using planning tools and communicating with stakeholders;</li><li>Actively participate in Sales and Operations Planning meetings generating reports and providing inventory, supply, and service projections for the horizon analyzed.</li><li>Be able to work on different demand planning scenarios by applying assumptions and working on simulations using a statistical demand planning tool;</li><li>Critically analyze historical and future demand and be able to clearly inform priorities to material production planners or OEM partners;</li><li>Communicate proactively with Customers, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and other teams on significant changes in demand (backorders & allocations) ensuring actions are taken to minimize the operational impact.</li><li>Maintain optimized inventory levels at the distribution centers across the world to maximize On Time In Full Customer Service while also being financially responsible for inventory investment.</li><li>Ensure SAP and Planning tools reflect correct supply planning requirements by constantly reviewing and updating parameters;</li><li>Monitor and control inventory shelf life using SAP and effectively communicating with distribution centers and quality management personnel;</li><li>Contribute with updating reports on different supply chain metrics (e.g.: forecast accuracy, backorder quantity, shelf life control, inventory reports);</li><li>Ensure accuracy and maintain all relevant material master data;</li><li>To be the prime interface between product and its customers on all supply related matters;</li><li>Continuous Improvement mindset identifying opportunities and implementing process changes with management and Business Excellence support</li></ul>Required Education, Skills & Experience:<ul><li>5+ years Supply Chain experience, ideally in a complex medical device or related industry</li><li>Proven expertise in DRP and/or MRP tools (ie: SAP, Kinaxis)</li><li>Advanced ERP user, preferably SAP</li><li>Open Communication – ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms, influence and engage across global, cross-functional groups</li><li>Ability to work effectively in teams</li><li>Strong Analytical Skills – ability to deal with large amounts of complex data from various sources</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office experience</li><li>Highly organized and results oriented</li><li>Bias for Action - ability to work in fast pace while retaining strong attention to detail and making decisions</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Ability to drive and deliver new initiatives and process improvements</li><li>Good leadership and negotiation skills</li><li>Familiar with lean concepts and tools</li><li>Certification of a professional body associated with planning preferred</li><li>Broad knowledge of forecasting, product distribution, inventory control, manufacturing processes</li><li>Customer focused mindset</li><li>Proven experience of working with an ERP system, preferably SAP</li></ul>Who we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
