Key Responsibilities
Lead Artificial Intelligence-driven Finance transformation initiatives from strategy through global implementation.
Own digital products that create measurable value across Finance processes and decision-making.
Partner with Finance leaders, data scientists, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Translate business challenges into innovative Artificial Intelligence and automation opportunities.
Drive adoption of new technologies and ways of working across global Finance teams.
Influence senior stakeholders and align diverse groups around transformational objectives.
Lead cross-functional project teams and deliver sustainable business impact at scale.
Essential Requirements
Significant experience in Finance; experience in Digital Finance, Finance transformation, or related business transformation roles is a plus.
Strong understanding of Finance processes, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, or operational finance.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment.
Demonstrated exposure to Artificial Intelligence, agentic solutions, automation, advanced analytics, or digital product delivery.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
Self-driven, highly adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to deliver results independently.
Desirable Requirements
Experience leading enterprise Finance transformation programs.
Practical experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools, agents, or digital solutions to solve business challenges.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 70,100 – 130,300 EUR gross. The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
