Global Quality Program Integration Manager

Join our manufacturing division as a Global Quality Program Integration Manager and play a pivotal role in managing critical Global Quality Laboratory Transformation Initiatives, activities, and budgets. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and make a significant impact on our mission to save and improve lives around the world.
Responsibilities
Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders across various cross-functional groups at a regional and global level.
Integrate numerous complex and aggressive workstream plans across multiple functions and external entities.
Resolve conflicts and make trade-offs between competing interests and priorities to ensure the overall success of the project.
Facilitate key joint meetings together with alliance counterparts.
Ensure streamlined and efficient communication, including scheduling touchpoint-based communications with key stakeholders and participating in cross-function execution and governance meetings.
Work closely with accountable groups to ensure budget accountability and transparency with stakeholders and governance.
Track activity timing, anticipated risk, and mitigation of issues/conflict resolutions with alliance counterparts as well as internal stakeholders.
Lead and contribute to process-improvement initiatives.
Encourage overall operational excellence across all activities and projects.
Assist with the planning, orchestrating, and support of business initiatives.
Support projects that often involve multiple internal and external stakeholders, including budget planning, meeting planning, and agenda/meeting minutes.
Track and support multiple work-streams across multiple functional areas and multiple companies.
Lead Microsoft Teams community stewardship.
Support and execute communication plans that align to business objectives and project timelines and meet stakeholder needs.
Interact with leadership to understand business goals and performance needs, develop and execute ways of working that align with our company's business strategy, and routinely engage with key stakeholders to ensure solutions continue to support and positively drive desired outcomes.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Alliance project-management experience.
Prior experience leading large, complex multi-stakeholder projects.
Prior vendor-management and budget-planning experience.

The salary range for this role is
$156,900.00 - $247,000.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
