This role ensures impactful delivery of cross-functional initiatives and measurable project outcomes.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for innovation initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.</p></li><li><p>Define clear project deliverables, timelinAes, and success metrics for AI/ML and automation projects within Quality.</p></li><li><p>Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between Quality, IT, Data Science, and Business Units.</p></li><li><p> Drive implementation of Generative AI solutions for predictive analytics, process optimization, and decision support.</p></li><li><p>Oversee automation of Quality processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to senior leadership.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain governance frameworks for innovation projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory and GxP standards.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Commitment to Diversity &amp; Inclusion: </b></p><p>We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Essential Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of AI, ML, Generative AI, and Automation technologies</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in managing complex projects in AI, ML, and automation within a regulated environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP) and digital transformation strategies.</p></li><li><p>Ability to translate emerging technologies into practical, value-driven solutions for Quality.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desirable Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Ability to lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for innovation initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with governance frameworks for innovation projects</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and compliance through automation of Quality processes.</p></li><li><p>Ability to translate emerging technologies into practical, value-driven solutions for Quality.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why Novartis:</b> Our purpose is to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people’s lives and our vision is to become the most valued and trusted medicines company in the world.
