Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will own global QMS processes for Warehousing & Distribution (W&D) and Supply Chain Security (SCS), ensuring standardization and consistency across the network.
Responsibilities:
• Define, maintain and continuously improve global QMS processes and standards for W&D/SCS.
• Lead in shaping the strategic direction and future-state roadmap for W&D/SCS QMS processes, in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and interpret their potential impact on global processes, standards and controls.
• Provide strategic guidance for risk-based assessments, ensuring quality and compliance risks appropriately inform global priorities and actions.
• Establish and maintain process governance, including performance metrics, risk indicators, escalation mechanisms and management reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen global process effectiveness and compliance.
• Partner closely with Quality and the broader GMP/GDP network to align standards, expectations and implementation.
• Provide leadership and subject-matter expertise in audit and inspection response strategies and management reviews.
• Lead change management associated with QMS process and regulatory changes.
• Build and leverage a global network of SMEs and stakeholders to drive alignment, informed decision-making and effective execution.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Supply Chain experience
OR
Master’s degree and 4 years of Supply Chain experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Supply Chain experience
OR
Associate’s degree and 10 years of Supply Chain experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Supply Chain experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge and demonstrated application of GMP/GDP regulations and Quality Management Systems within a pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into pragmatic, risk-based processes and controls.
• Strong understanding and application of quality/compliance risk management principles.
• Experience leading global processes, governance or significant cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting and/or leading regulatory inspections and audits.
• Strong understanding of warehousing, distribution and supply chain processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across a complex, global matrix.
• Operational Excellence / continuous improvement and process performance management experience.
• Experience as a Global Process Owner or in comparable global process leadership.
• Pharmaceutical warehousing/distribution and cold-chain experience.
• Experienced with AI-enabled tools or technologies (e.g. machine learning, automation, advanced analytics)

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
