Join us in our mission to make a difference.</p><p></p><p><b>The role</b><br />We are seeking a Global Process Manager for Inbound to Outbound (I2O), who can be the driving force behind transforming Bavarian Nordic’s warehouse and distribution operations. In this role, you will turn global process strategy into real‑world execution by shaping ERP processes, ensuring compliance, and enabling seamless collaboration across internal teams and external partners.</p><p><br />Together with other Process Managers, you will drive the next phase of our enterprise transformation journey at Bavarian Nordic. Over the past 18 months, we have evolved from a finance-focused system to a full ERP platform, established a dedicated Supply Chain organization, and built a cross-functional Digital Transformation function that connects IT, business operations, and external partners.</p><p><br />The core of this position is to act as the operational engine for the Global Process Owner (GPO) by ensuring that the entire I2O supply chain process is standardized, compliant, and optimized across our internal and external warehouse network.</p><p></p><p>The role reports to our Head of Global Distribution &amp; Logistics with a dotted line to our Head of Digital Transformation in Supply Chain. The position can either be located out of Denmark or Germany. Travel up 15% is to be expected to our different locations.</p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities</b><br /> </p><ul><li><p>Bring global process standards to life by shaping and optimizing ERP (D365 F&amp;O) workflows across all inbound‑to‑outbound activities</p></li><li><p>Safeguard compliance by ensuring GxP/GDP standards and risk controls are consistently upheld across warehouse and distribution operations</p></li><li><p>Lead the rollout of new ERP capabilities — from configuration and data migration to UAT/PQ and process validation</p></li><li><p>Empower our Super/Key Users through clear guidance, training, and hands‑on support during go‑live and hyper care</p></li><li><p>Drive performance improvements by monitoring key KPIs and championing new digital tools such as IoT, automation, and AI</p></li><li><p>Strengthening governance by managing change control, maintaining RAID logs, and supporting approvals and CAB activities</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you bring</b><br />You have substantial experience leading ERP deployments — ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;O — across complex warehouse and distribution environments.
