Join us.</p><p></p><p><b>GLOBAL OPERATIONAL PRICING EXCELLENCE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR</b></p><p></p><p><b>LIVE</b></p><p><b>What you will do</b></p><p></p><p>In this vital role you will serve as a key specialist in Gloval Value and Access (GV&amp;A), providing pricing insights, advanced analytics, and recommendations to optimize portfolio value and mitigate global pricing risks.</p><p></p><p>You will play a key role in strengthening pricing governance, analytics, and reporting capabilities while partnering with affiliates and cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined and consistent price execution across markets.</p><p></p><p><b>The responsibilities of the role will include:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Act as Center of Excellence lead for Launch Sequence Optimisation (LSO) and International Reference Pricing (IRP) analytics.</li><li>Identify and mitigate cross-market reference price spillover risks across the portfolio.</li><li>Apply and monitor global pricing rules, managing deviations, escalations, and governance compliance.</li><li>Ensure consistency in price corridors, baskets, thresholds, and country rock-bottom (CRB) validations.</li><li>Analyze structural ASP erosion drivers and lead root-cause assessments (e.g., IRP, tenders, MEAs), recommending mitigation strategies.</li><li>Support quarterly price reporting, brand performance reviews, and enterprise planning cycles (Budget, LRP, Forecast).</li><li>Contribute to the development of brand-level price defense, contracting frameworks, and rock-bottom principles.</li><li>Support the operationalization and continuous improvement of Global Price Governance processes.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Be part of our team</b></p><p>You would be joining the Global Operational Pricing team, comprising Global Access Strategy Leads and Operational Pricing Experts.</p><p></p><p><b>WIN</b></p><p><b>What we expect of you</b></p><p>We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
