Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global IT Manager to join our global medical device company. The successful candidate will lead IT operations with a strong focus on cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, service delivery, helpdesk management, and project execution. This role is critical to ensuring our IT systems remain secure, efficient, and future-ready, supporting our mission to deliver innovative healthcare solutions worldwide. Responsible for managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, leading cybersecurity strategy, managing cloud environments, developing IT Helpdesk function, promoting innovation, and leading cross-functional IT projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a global company. Strong expertise in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud), networking, and enterprise systems. Proven experience in helpdesk management, IT service delivery, and service frameworks (ITIL/ISO standards). Demonstrated ability to bring innovation and new technologies into IT operations. Track record of successful IT project management in global or regulated environments. Knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and other compliance standards relevant to medical devices and healthcare. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English (written & spoken). Experience from a medical device company – advantage.
