Our group is ranked in the Top 3 in the cosmetics industry and in the Top 10 in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide. </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Your mission</b></b></span></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>We are hiring a <b>Global HEOR Senior Manager</b> under the responsibility of the Global HEOR Director, within the Global Market Access Department.</p><p></p><p>Your main mission is to <b>conduct the evidence generation activities according to an HEOR plan aiming at establishing product value and differentiation, mainly in the areas of oncology, dermatology and rare diseases.</b></p><p><br /><b><u>Your role within a pioneering company in full expansion:</u></b></p><p></p><p><b>Design and implement innovative evidence generation strategies that build the product value and highlight product differentiation. </b></p><ul><li>You design the HEOR plan and related activities in connection with the Market Access, Medical, RWE, Regulatory teams, and Biometry.</li><li>You contribute to literature reviews, feasibility assessments, and the SAP to perform treatment comparisons to be included in the global package or in response to PICO at EU level.</li><li>You define the basic attributes and manage the development of various global Health Economic models (CEM and BIM) for HTA authorities/payers submissions.</li><li>You develop a communication plan based on your projects with abstracts for key conferences and papers in key clinical or economic journals to be able to reference the evidence that you generated.</li><li>You support the Group’s affiliates (Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, USA) for local submissions when adapting dossiers and economic models to country requirements.</li><li>You contribute to the integration of reimbursement authorities’ requirements during the design of clinical studies in collaboration with the clinical development team.</li><li>You participate in discussions for the implementation of RWE studies for Market Access purposes (supporting the design of RWE studies, contributing to study deliverables) pre- or post-launch.</li><li>As needed, you participate in cross-functional projects in connection with the Market Access Director and/or in evaluations with Business Development.</li></ul><p></p><p>This position is compatible with teleworking up to 2 days a week according to company rules.</p><p></p><p>We offer an attractive remuneration/benefits package: Incentives, profit-sharing, Pierre Fabre shareholding with matching contribution, health and provident insurance, 16 days of holidays (RTT) in addition to 25 days of personal holidays, public transport participation, very attractive CE...</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1></h1><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Who you are ?</b></b></span></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><h1></h1></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p><b><u>Your skills at the service of innovative projects:</u></b></p><p></p><p><b>SKILLS & EXPERTISE</b></p><ul><li><b>Educational Background</b>: At least a Bac+5 or equivalent in pharmaceuticals, health economics, business and strategy.</li><li><b>Experience</b>: At least 5 years in the design and management of HEOR activities as a consultant or project leader in pharmaceutical industry, with a deep knowledge of health economics principles and methodologies, including economic modeling.</li></ul><p></p><p>Strong experience contributing in HEOR projects for early products and business development would be a plus. Advanced expertise in oncology, dermatology and/or rare diseases, in key markets (US, Europe or China) would be a plus.</p><ul><li><b>Language</b>: Fluent in English</li><li><b>Project Management Expertise: </b>Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Ability to drive and influence strategic discussions.
