This leader will<br />design, build, and scale a high-performing sales organization across regions, with a strong initial focus on<br />Europe and the United States.</p><p><br />This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and direct<br />involvement in key enterprise deals. You will work closely with the CEO, product, and marketing teams to<br />translate Tec4medís technology into sustainable global revenue and EBITDA growth.</p><p><br />PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):</p><p><br />Sales Strategy &amp; Revenue Ownership<br />• Define and execute the global sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives<br />• Own global revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline health<br />• Establish scalable sales processes from lead qualification through contract close<br />• Develop pricing and commercial models for enterprise and mid-market customers</p><p></p><p>Go-to-Market &amp; Market Expansion<br />• Lead market entry and expansion strategies, particularly in the US market<br />• Identify priority verticals (pharma, biotech, CDMO/CRO, Animal Health, IVF, healthcare logistics)<br />• Build strategic partnerships and channel relationships where applicable<br />• Work with marketing to refine messaging, positioning, and demand generation<br />Sales Organization &amp; Leadership<br />• Build, hire, and mentor a global sales team (BD, AE, regional leads)<br />• Define roles, KPIs, compensation structures, and incentive plans<br />• Create a strong sales culture focused on accountability, execution, and customer value<br />• Act as a coach and deal-closer for opportunities</p><p></p><p>Enterprise Sales &amp; Key Accounts<br />• Personally lead or support strategic enterprise deals and local / global tenders<br />• Build relationships with senior decision-makers at global pharma and healthcare organizations<br />• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and long-term contracts<br />• Ensure customer expectations are aligned with product and delivery capabilities<br /><br />Cross-Functional Collaboration<br />• Act as the commercial voice in product roadmap discussions<br />• Provide structured market feedback to product and leadership teams<br />• Align sales, customer success, and operations for smooth onboarding and retention<br />• Ensure CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and sales analytics maturity to the C-Level<br />• Peer-level collaboration with sister companiesí sales leadership, including Cryoport Systems,<br />MVE, and CryoGene<br />• Develop and execute cross-company sales strategies to leverage complementary portfolios and<br />shared customer bases<br />• Coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives, account strategies, and commercial positioning across<br />group entities<br />• Align sales activities to avoid channel conflicts and maximize group-wide revenue opportunities<br />• Enable knowledge sharing and best practices across sales organizations within the group<br />• Represent Tec4med in group-level commercial discussions, reporting and initiatives</p><p></p><p>COMPETENCIES &amp; years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role<br />• Proven track record of building and scaling international sales organizations<br />• Strong experience selling complex B2B solutions (MedTech, IoT, SaaS, or regulated industries)<br />• Demonstrated success closing enterprise and multi-year contracts<br />• Deep understanding of pharma, biotech, medical devices, or healthcare logistics markets<br />• Experience selling into regulated environments (FDA, GMP, GDP, MDR)<br />• Willingness to travel internationally</p><p></p><p>Preferred<br />• Experience scaling revenue from early-stage to growth-stage<br />• US market entry and scaling experience<br />• Background in IoT, digital health, or supply-chain technology<br />• Experience working in European / US cross-border organizations</p>
