As<span> </span></span></span> <b>Global e-Invoicing Process Manager</b> <span><span><span> </span>within our<span> Invoice to pay team</span></span></span><span><span>,<span> </span></span><span>you’ll:</span></span></p><p></p><h3><b>Main responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li><p>Onboarding Process Management: Develop, implement, and maintain a standardized and efficient supplier onboarding process. This includes defining clear steps, timelines, and responsibilities, communication with the business and suppliers.</p></li><li><p>Deep knowledge of country legislation and governmentally approved invoicing platforms to ensure compliance to regulations.</p></li><li><p>Contribution to System Setup and Configuration for XML / EDI and eInvoicing platform implementation.</p></li><li><p>Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain all necessary documentation and communication materials for suppliers throughout the onboarding process.</p></li><li><p>Training and Support: Provide initial training and support to operational teams in charge of supplier onboarding and onboarding support.</p></li><li><p>Issue Resolution: Third level of support for issues or challenges that arise during the supplier onboarding process while continuously monitoring and improving the supplier onboarding process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Collaboration: Work closely with other source to pay and procurement teams (e.g., enablement, vendor management) to define and implement processes that ensure a smooth transition for new suppliers.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>About you<br /> </h2><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting).</p></li><li><p>Master’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Proven experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a large multinational organization mandatory.</b></p></li><li><p><b>Strong experience with implementation of eInvoicing platforms (both commercial and governmental) is mandatory.</b></p></li><li><p><b>Solid hands-on knowledge of XML and EDI implementation, including system setup and configuration is mandatory.</b></p></li><li><p><b>Experience with P2P systems and related technologies is mandatory.</b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Practical experience with platforms such as Tungsten, Cegedim, Coupa, Peppol, SAP DRC.</span></b></p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of country-specific legislation and government-approved invoicing platforms to ensure compliance.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of end-to-end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes and best practices.</p></li><li><p>Experience with P2P systems and related technologies.</p></li><li><p>Working experience in Accounts Payable / Payments using SAP preferred.</p></li><li><p>Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work transversally and within a highly matrixed environment is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Experience in healthcare and/or life-science industry preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience in establishing and developing shared service capabilities and services is a plus.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Soft and technical skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a global team</p></li><li><p>Proven influencing skills in driving adherence to core model through collaborative efforts.</p></li><li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective collaborator with strong trust-building and influencing skills.</p></li><li><p>Results-oriented with strong analytics skills; ability to drive operational excellence through data-driven insights.</p></li><li><p>Ability to lead change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-Hybrid #BarcelonaHub #SanofiHubs</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
