Together we can influence the world around us to make life and work better.</p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Ferring+You </b></span></p><p>You will own and continuously evolve the stable, compliant, and efficient operation of Ferring’s enterprise-wide digital ecosystem.</p><p>This role acts as the operational backbone of our omnichannel engagement model, defining global standards, governance, platforms and ways of working that enable scalable execution across Global, Regional and Local teams. Scope includes platform onboarding (including Ferring Connect), digital asset and domain governance, vendor and service management, operational data quality, and the design of practical standards and processes that enable consistent execution at scale.</p><p>The role partners closely with the Global Omnichannel Engagement and Digital COE teams to translate strategy into practical, repeatable operational execution.</p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Your day at Ferring</b></span></p><ul><li><p><b>Lead and drive operational excellence</b> across global digital platforms, establishing consistent onboarding, governance, and adoption standards.</p></li><li><p><b>Own the business-side operations of core MarTech platforms</b> (web/CMS, email automation, DAM, consent tools) in close partnership with IT.</p></li><li><p><b>Design and lead user enablement frameworks</b>, including access management, SOPs, training materials, documentation, and onboarding packs to ensure scalable adoption.</p></li><li><p><b>Own domain operations and compliance governance</b>, including redirects, SSL, privacy, accessibility, and regulatory standards.</p></li><li><p><b>Define and manage platform roadmaps, enhancements, incident handling, and release governance</b> with IT and vendors.</p></li><li><p><b>Own the Content Service Provider relationship</b>, including SLAs, quality, prioritisation, demand planning, and continuous workflow optimisation.</p></li><li><p><b>Design, standardise and continuously improve</b> briefing, production, publishing, and approval workflows to increase efficiency, reduce rework and enable scalable execution across markets.</p></li><li><p><b>Define, govern and enforce global operational standards</b> for data, tagging, metadata, consent, and asset lifecycle management.</p></li><li><p><b>Lead vendor and service partner governance</b>, overseeing performance, renewals, onboarding, and alignment with global standards and ways of working.</p></li><li><p> <b>Drive operational readiness for future capabilities and innovations</b>, reducing manual work, improving data quality, and enabling successful pilots before enterprise scaling.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"> <b>Behind our innovation…There’s you</b></span></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree required; technical, business or scientific discipline preferred.</p></li><li><p>5–8+ years’ experience leading digital or MarTech operations at <b>regional or global scale</b>, including content operations and DAM governance.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of regulated workflows (privacy, compliance, approval processes) and operational risk management.</p></li><li><p>Vendor/service provider management experience, including SLAs and performance management.</p></li><li><p>Excellent project management, prioritisation and stakeholder coordination skills.</p></li><li><p>Able to translate complex operational standards into simple, usable guidance and influence adoption across non-technical stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Ability to drive for results, and process management with continuous improvement.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>People come first at Ferring</b></span></p><ul><li><p>Get inspired from our commitment to advocate for everyone’s right to build a family, no matter who you are, where you live or who you love.</p></li><li><p>Our inclusive support package – “Building Families at Ferring” provides equal and accessible policies for all employees who wish to start their family journey, ensuring a global standard, irrespective of location and role. <b>Subject to a minimum period of employment at Ferring.</b></p></li><li><p>Parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing parents.</p></li><li><p>Extended support on family building journey.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Making a difference in the life of millions of people means we succeed by working together.
