You&#39;ll be responsible for:</h2><h3><br /><u>Main responsibilities</u></h3><p></p><ul><li><p>Lead sourcing of goods and services within External manufacturing &amp; Supply activities</p></li><li><p>Execute and implement contracts/agreements in the perimeter with The CDMO’s (CDMO: Contract Development Manufacturing Organizations)</p></li><li><p>Develop, implement, and optimize sourcing strategies in support of Internal stakeholder, based on supplier, technology and market intelligence respecting global category management guidance</p></li><li><p>Conduct supplier and technology market analysis with specific benchmarking reviews as required</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the Sanofi Procurement sourcing team and Business Partners (lead specifiers) to build innovative category and/or sub-category strategies that have measurable benefit for Sanofi</p></li><li><p>Anticipate and consolidate all business needs to develop action plans, execute negotiations and facilitate implementation specific to category and/or sub-category</p></li><li><p>Ensure good execution of any category sourcing plan in line with global strategy and regional/country needs</p></li><li><p>Deliver world class total savings objectives</p></li><li><p>Ensure procurement technical excellence (TCO, SRM, Market Intel, Risk Management, Innovation, CSR, HSE, compliance, quality) at his/her perimeter</p></li><li><p>As per mandate of management, manage Business Reviews with identified key suppliers</p></li></ul><p></p><h3><u>About you</u></h3><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Experience:</b>  Procurement experience within regulated markets</p></li><li><p><b>Negotiation Prowess: </b>Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms and agreements</p></li><li><p><b>Communication &amp; Collaboration: </b>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors</p></li><li><p><b>Financial Acumen:</b> A solid understanding of financial practices and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data</p></li><li><p><b>Technical skills: </b>Preferred demonstrated knowledge of procurement systems, processes and procedures and legal aspects including service level agreements, KPIs’ </p></li><li><p><b>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting: </b>Utilizing data analysis tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decision-making and reporting       </p></li><li><p><b>Educational Background:</b> A bachelor’s degree</p></li><li><p><b>Language Skills:</b> Fluency in English is essential.
