This role requires an end-to-end view of asset lifecycle, from selection and validation to implementation and maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency and technical compliance.</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li>Review of technical information and active project databases.</li><li>Monitoring of working groups (Mexico and the US) that manage automation.</li><li>Evaluation of new technologies and recent market changes. Process validation, machinery selection, and review of CAPEX requirements.</li><li>Coordination with suppliers to ensure technical compliance.</li><li>Participation in automation project reviews (pick &amp; place, dispensing, inspection, soldering, cutting, etc.).</li><li>Supervision of SMT processes, optical inspection, functional testing, and standard equipment.
