If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an <b>Asset Management Manager </b>located in Guadalajara, <b>North Campus.</b></p><p></p><p>The<b> Asset Management Manager </b>role involves directing and coordinating activities of personnel engaged in some or all of the following areas: assets planning, allocation, capex forecast control, assets purchasing and internal transfer, rental, delivery management, disposal by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li>Support the CAPEX forecasting and submission processes.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance utilization of key equipment (SMT, ICT, AXI, etc.).</li><li>Validate capacity requirements aligned with business plans during the CAPEX cycle.</li><li>Ensuring capacity is right sized to meet future business and technology needs.</li><li>Develop and support alternative capacity strategies (rental, outsourcing, etc.) for short-term demands.</li><li>Identify, coordinate, and support asset redeployment opportunities across operations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to meet equipment delivery lead times and schedules for key projects.</li><li>Support the company’s digitization strategy, specifically related to equipment performance &#xff08;PCBA&#xff09;.</li><li>Provide priority-based support for project launches related to equipment and capacity planning.</li><li>Coordinate asset disposal activities and ensure full compliance with internal processes and procedures.</li><li>Partner with Site and Segment Operations to drive productivity and utilization improvements.</li><li>Develop upgrade plans for aging equipment and technology with operational teams.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering.</li><li>Mid-level experience in asset management or a similar role.</li><li>Advanced English proficiency.</li><li>Basic understanding of finance.</li><li>Knowledge in logistics, PCBA, plastics, electronics, and/or metals is preferred.</li><li>Strong ability to track capital equipment during global shipments (e.g., to China) and deployment; experienced with intercompany transfers.</li><li>Advanced MS Office.</li><li>Ability to execute and deliver asset-related solutions to sites or business units.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: </b></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Life &amp; Medical insurance</li><li>Christmas Bonus</li><li>Food Coupons</li><li>Saving Fund.</li><li>Life Insurance</li></ul><p></p><p>IS81</p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Operations<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
