From Financial Planning &amp; Analysis, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting, Audit, Investor Relations, Strategy &amp; Corporate Development to Accounting, our Finance functions have a diverse and global presence, providing significant opportunities to develop outstanding career experiences and perspectives.<br /><br />• Perform monthly closing activities including journal entries, accruals, reporting and analysis<br />• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, company policy, approval authority matrix and standard operating procedure; recommends changes to strengthen control environment<br />• Carry out sophisticated accounting treatment and prepares financial documents and supplementary reporting<br />• Support internal and external audit requirements<br />• Drive continuous improvement and uses systems to increase controls and efficiencies.</p><p>• Handle ad-hoc accounting and finance projects assigned by management</p><p><br />Requirements<br />• Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Accounting.</p><p>• 8 years of experience in accounting or finance , MNC experience preferred.</p><p></p><p>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities<br />• Excellent understanding of financial accounting standards and internal controls<br />• Challenges the status quo; introduces and proactively seeks out new insights and solutions to strengthen our performance</p><p>•Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.</p><p>•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.</p><p>•Ability to work independently and meet tight closing deadlines</p><p></p><p><br /><br /> </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
