As GES Process Lead (f/m/d), you will provide end-to-end leadership for process engineering and manufacturing design across a major capital project. From early concept development through detailed design, commissioning, qualification, and operational handover, you will ensure that manufacturing systems are safe, compliant, scalable, and ready to deliver for patients.
This role combines technical expertise, project leadership, and stakeholder management. You will work at the intersection of Engineering, Operations, Quality, Automation, and Science & Technology, driving critical decisions that influence project success, operational readiness, and long-term business performance.
You'll have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects that enable the delivery of innovative medicines and vaccines to patients worldwide. Working with global teams and industry-leading experts, you'll help shape next-generation manufacturing capabilities while expanding your own leadership and technical expertise.
