While reporting to the Head of Lower Middle Income Countries (LMIC) Strategy Realization , you will champion global vision and Pharma International strategies and proactively shape the country’s market environment, depend and improve Roche market position and depth of market access by developing strong, trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders (especially regulators, Pharma and Healthcare associations</span><span>,</span><span> customers, media, key accounts and key opinion leaders)</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><b>Priorities of this position are:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><b><span>You have an enterprise mindset and always favor the overall corporate vision and outcomes. You will be a member of the LMIC4, </span><span>APAC</span><span> and Pharma International GM community, contributing to the international network by your leadership impact beyond Vietnam</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Establish Roche as a trusted partner to all external stakeholders, by actively shaping local & broader healthcare ecosystems towards long-term sustainability - Vietnam and across the Pharma International network.</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Focused on co-creating with stakeholders and partners, ensuring alignment with local and global regulations, license-to-operate requirements, and adherence to the Roche Group Code of Conduct. </span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Critical priority also will be to build a diverse talent pipeline and a growth mindset encouraging an inclusive network culture and people fluidity that provides exceptional learning opportunities to our employees and the organization and inspires them to collectively bring our innovation to more patients faster. </span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Delivering on all the above parts with the intention of accelerating our journey to the North Star by driving enterprise outcomes and contributing in equal measures to the performance of regions, country (incl. Strong preference with prior GM experience as well significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally if you demonstrate multiple large-scale leadership with diverse background, not limited to cross-portfolio/functional/ commercial functions or a mix of global/regional and local experience </span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Demonstrated high impact internally and externally given your strong customer focus with a keen eye on delivering patient value</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Strong understanding, appreciation, and ability to operate in a diverse cultural context - you have strong commercial awareness and the ability to thrive in changing economic environments.</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Proven ecosystem-shaping experience in dynamic political environments would be an advantage. </span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Strong financial business acumen and proven track record of ensuring financial and license to operate governance</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Strong commitment to personal development and demonstration of a growth mindset</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Ability to lead teams and create a working culture that is transparent and values-driven and ensures personal growth of employees; track record of VACC leadership, developing talent, hiring the best, and strong ability to balance relational with achieving. </span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Demonstrated leadership aptitude, aligned with VACC competencies</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Fluency in English required</span></b></p></li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p></p><h3>Who we are</h3><p style="text-align:left">A healthier future drives us to innovate.
