Description
The General Manager will build and lead Actinium’s India platform at a pivotal moment in radiopharmaceutical innovation. This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution across manufacturing, clinical development, and regulatory engagement transforming India into a core drive of Actinium’s global oncology pipeline. This is a hands-on, high impact leadership role for someone excited to build, influence, and deliver shaping how Actinium advances targeted alpha therapies from clinical promise to real-world impact. Responsibilities include executing Actinium’s India strategy for oncology clinical development and radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, establishing the Actinium India Innovation Center, scaling GMP drug product manufacturing, overseeing clinical operations, and managing regulatory compliance, among others.
Requirements
Advanced degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a scientific or health-related discipline (e.g., Biology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry). Senior leadership experience in biotech, clinical development, manufacturing, or regulatory affairs ideally within oncology or radiopharmaceuticals. Proven track record leading oncology clinical trials, deep understanding of Indian clinical and regulatory requirements (CDSCO / DCGI / CTRI) and global standards (GCP, ICH), experience managing strategic partnerships and hospital alliances. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills. High cultural fluency: English required, additional local languages a plus.
