• Manages medium to large Enterprise level IT projects (both Applications and Data/digital/insights) in a Philips Personal Health business, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery across multiple delivery suppliers, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Drives daily management of in-scope delivery and operations, meticulously monitoring and improving client satisfaction, thereby enhancing operational excellence and service delivery.
• Manages cross-platform dependencies effectively, collaborating closely with the supplier Project managers to ensure streamlined program delivery and minimize operational risks, facilitating integrated and cohesive project outcomes.
• Ensures delivery of critical business processes (e.g., MEC/QEC) as part of services, fostering collaboration across platforms and horizontals to enhance IT service delivery.
• Identifies risks, defines actionable corrective measures, and diligently tracks progress towards resolution, ensuring proactive risk management and project continuity.
• Manages and escalates impediments to relevant partners as needed, ensuring timely resolution and reporting on program and service delivery performance to stakeholders.
• Develops scalable platform architecture, data strategy/structure and roadmap aligned with Enterprise principles, oversees legacy decommissioning strategy, collaborates on cross-platform architecture, and manages architecture risk. Offers advisory services to key stakeholders, ensures solution selection aligns with defined processes and business needs.
• Establishes and ensures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness for a function/region/business.
Minimum required Education:
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in areas such as Solution Design and Architecture, DevOps Manager, Enterprise Digital Lead or equivalent.
Preferred Experience:
Large 2C business IT System Project delivery experience, Data architecture and Digital Transformation project experience
