<p>Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in clinical research? Join our team as a Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II) in France, where you’ll play a key role in advancing observational and registry studies. Be part of a new, dynamic model with a global Project Management hub, supporting innovation and adaptability in clinical monitoring.</p><p></p><h2><span class="emphasis-2">Key Responsibilities</span></h2><ul><li>You will monitor observational and registry studies in rare disease, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct up to 6 Days On Site (DOS) per month in France, primarily in the Paris area but also in Belgium and possibly Nordics.</li><li>Perform both standard and short site visits as required by study needs.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Project Management hub to ensure seamless project delivery.</li><li>Adapt quickly to new processes and models as they are implemented.</li><li>Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting for all monitoring activities.</li><li>Communicate effectively with site staff, sponsors, and internal teams to resolve issues and share updates.</li></ul><h2><span class="emphasis-2">Required Qualifications</span></h2><ul><li>Previous experience as a CRA, with ideally strong background in observational and registry studies.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both French and English and ability to manage complex situations with KOL and physicians.</li><li>Proven ability to adapt to new models and changing environments.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.</li><li>Experience with remote collaboration tools is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><h2><span class="emphasis-2">What We Offer</span></h2><ul><li>Opportunity to work in a forward-thinking, international environment.</li><li>Flexible work arrangements with a mix of on-site and remote activities.</li><li>Access to professional development and training programs.</li><li>Supportive team culture with global collaboration.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package.</li><li>Wellness programs and employee resource groups.</li></ul><p></p><p>If you’re passionate about clinical research and ready to embrace new challenges, we encourage you to apply and join our inclusive, innovative team.
