Franchise Head of Rare Disease

<p>Set and implement marketing and sales strategies of a given business / therapeutical area at a country / MCO level. Make sure that predefined business objectives are met, define corrective action plan. Manages sales and marketing organizations.</p><ul><li><p><i>Location: Shanghai</i></p></li></ul><p><b>Main responsibilities:</b></p><p><i> </i></p><p>·       <i>You will develop and execute strategic business plans to drive organizational growth.</i></p><ul><li><p><i>Direct the development of comprehensive strategic plans across all approved and pipeline indications.</i></p></li><li><p><i>Make critical decisions regarding resource allocations, market prioritization, and investment strategies. Evaluate and approve major strategic initiatives with potential to significantly impact business performance.</i></p></li><li><p><i>Establish policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence.</i></p></li><li><p><i>Work closely with global brand team, and local cross-function teams.</i></p></li></ul><p><i> </i></p><p>·       <i>You will oversee daily operations, optimize resource allocation to ensure business objectives.</i></p><p>-        <i>Exercise wide latitude in decision-making regarding business operations, market strategy, and organizational structure.</i></p><p>-        <i>Review and approve financial forecasts, business cases, and investment proposals for the franchise.</i></p><p>-        <i>Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics, taking corrective action when necessary.</i></p><p>-        <i>Establish performance targets and accountability measures for the leadership team.</i></p><p>-        <i>Approve major contracts and partnership agreements.</i></p><p>-        <i>Collaborate with Industrial Affairs, supply chain, finance, commercial and regulatory team to ensure global supply meets China market demand.</i></p><p>-        <i>Represent Sanofi at high-level meetings with government officials, healthcare authorities, and industry associations.</i></p><p>-        <i>Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and major healthcare institutions.</i></p><p>-        <i>Organizational Development and Talent Management. Make decisions regarding hiring, promotion, and termination of senior team members.</i></p><p>-        <i>Establish performance management guidance and compensation guidelines for the franchise.</i></p><p>-        <i>Direct the development of succession plans for critical roles within the organization.</i></p><p><i> </i></p><p>·       <i>You will champion innovative thinking and implement creative solutions to maintain competitive advantage.</i></p><p>-        <i>Establish innovation priorities and approve major digital and technological initiatives</i></p><p>-        <i>Approve major innovation projects and allocate resources for implementation</i></p><p>-        <i>Represent Sanofi in strategic discussions with potential partners and collaborators</i></p><p></p><p>About you</p><p></p><p>·       <i>You have broad experience working in China and solid understanding of the evolving healthcare ecosystem in China</i></p><p>·       <i>You have solid experience of marketing, field force management, new product launch, market access and strategic planning.</i></p><p>·       <i>You have experience in engaging customers through digital and multi-channel approach with solid deliverable</i></p><p>·       <i>You have strong leadership combined with disciplined execution</i></p><p>·       <i>You have strong interpersonal and communication skills</i></p><p>·       <i>You have ability to build a team and to leverage skills in a matrix organization</i></p><p>·       <i>You have high aspiration to play an entrepreneurial role, showing passion, compassion and agility</i></p><p>·       <i>You are resilient and relentlessly challenges the status quo</i></p><p>·       <i>You are willing to driving results and cultivate innovative thinking</i></p><p>·       <i>You have strong business ethics</i></p><p>·       <i>You speak fluently in Chinese and English</i></p><p><i> </i></p><p></p><p>Pursue progress, discover extraordinary</p><p></p><p><i>Better is out there.
