In this role, you'll perform formulation and manufacturing activities in a GMP/ISO-regulated environment, working with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies. You'll execute manufacturing protocols, troubleshoot processes, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate across functions to ensure high-quality output. This position offers opportunities to drive continuous improvement while working in a team-oriented setting focused on safety, quality and operational excellence.<br/><br/>REQUIREMENTS:<br/>• Bachelor's Degree required with no prior experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing, formulation development, or related laboratory work<br/>• Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering or related scientific field<br/>• Demonstrated expertise in aseptic techniques and GMP manufacturing practices<br/>• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, analytical methods and instrumentation<br/>• Proficient in documentation practices and batch record completion<br/>• Experience with quality systems and regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO)<br/>• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail<br/>• Strong organizational and time management skills<br/>• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment<br/>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and laboratory software systems<br/>• Strong written and verbal communication skills<br/>• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work while wearing required PPE<br/>• Ability to work flexible hours including possible shift work<br/>• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety protocols<br/>• Knowledge of data analysis and basic statistical methods<br/>• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing priorities<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
