财务管理培训生项目（FMDP，原缩写为FMP）始建于1914年，迄今已开展百年之久，是通用电气老牌领导力培训项目，在同类项目中首屈一指。GEHC FMDP项目提供世界一流的培训课程和在GE的各个业务部门中深度学习的机会。该项目培训与实践并行，资深导师全程带教，致力于人才发展，通过合理的岗位设计和优质的培训课程，促进领导力的发展及分析能力的提升，为未来培养有能力的财务领导者。 该项目是在GEHC长足发展、取得成功的基石。

FMDP项目为期两年，通过在3个富有挑战性的岗位轮岗及培训，提升参与者的领导力，业务能力及专业技术能力。轮岗及培训旨在提供与GE战略计划的相关的财务实践经验。岗位涵盖了公司财务与运营的各个方面，包括 financial planning and analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Controllership, treasure/cash management 等。轮岗机制致使学院在短时间内体验了解财务系统的各种工作，为将来的职业发展奠定基础。

FMDP项目不仅有轮岗中的挑战，也提供丰富的线上线下培训，让参与者对财务职能有全面的认知和体验。FMDP学员需要在2年的四个学期内完成四门核心课程 和各种培训。四门核心课程由自身财务总监和高级经理担任执导，在线自学与课堂互动并行，理论与实践结合，完成项目。学员们将对公司财务体系有扎实的了解，对于公司运营有更深入的认识。

FMDP EID简介：

FMDP EID (Early-Identification)是为FMDP项目提前筛选及培养优秀有潜质的学生而设计的暑期实习项目。FMDP EID实习项目给学生们提供了一个在GEHC真实的工作环境，同时也为同学们今后的职业生涯的发展提供了很好的经历。
