We are committed to ensuring <b>ICFR</b> (Internal Control over Financial Reporting ) requirements are aligned with global and local business processes, while enhancing transparency, accuracy, and compliance in the financial reporting process. Our dedicated team across Operations and Governance services aim to champion best practices, driving excellence in ICFR and Segregation of Duties activities. </p><p></p><p><b>Your Opportunity</b></p><p>As a <b>Financial Compliance ICFR Analyst</b> you will be responsible for working with the finance, audit, compliance and other departments of selected Roche affiliates. In this position you will focus on: </p><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Monitoring</b> and <b>maintaining</b> proper control information/description as made available in the relevant monitoring tools</p></li><li><p><b>Supporting</b> the coordination, planning and execution (i.e. peer testing) of the Global Financial Compliance Organization testing procedures (Operating and Design Effectiveness Testing)</p></li><li><p>Actively participating as <b>self tester</b> in the testing of ICFR Controls and coordinates remediation where applicable</p></li><li><p><b>Carrying out </b>assessment/reviews and based on findings, identifying process or business control improvement opportunities, initiating improvement opportunity discussion with stakeholders and/or process owners and follow up</p></li><li><p><b>Collaborating</b> with the ICFR Compliance Lead/Head of department to determine the key Improvement projects for implementation, make appropriate recommendation and be a key part of the solution provisioning activities</p></li><li><p>Continuously <b>engaging</b> with affiliates and control owners of the team to understand/identify process improvement opportunities</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who you are</b></p><p>We are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about their job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore, you have:</p><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Degree</b> qualification in accounting/commerce and/or professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ICAA, CIMA, ACCA)</p></li><li><p><b>At least 2 years’ relevant experience</b> in financial and process compliance reviews</p></li><li><p>Experience in supporting financial compliance program, with demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills, SAP knowledge is plus</p></li><li><p>Experience with a multinational company's compliance service and program, Finance-internal controls management or internal audit function with strong interest in financial compliance</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in <b>English</b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>In exchange we provide you with:</b><br /> </p><ul><li><p><b>Development opportunities:</b> Roche is rich in learning resources.
