Financial Analyst I - Brazil (Temporary)

Description
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This position offers exposure to a global business environment and the opportunity to develop strong analytical and business partnering skills. You will support accurate financial reporting, ensure compliance, and provide insights that drive operational and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform reconciliations of financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Review and analyze P&L expense entries for proper classification and compliance with policies.
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, improve data integrity, and identify process improvements.
· Prepare and deliver financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
· Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, validating expense records and preparing reports.
· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
· 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar roles.
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
· Proficiency in Excel; Familiarity with ERP systems.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· English proficiency required.
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of P&L structure, expense management, and GAAP principles.
· Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
· Exposure to financial planning tools (Adaptive Planning & Workday Finance knowledge is a strong differential).
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Work Environment:
Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
*This is a temporary role for 6 months and will be required to go into the office one day a week.*
