Financial Analyst

Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>We are looking for a <b>detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst</b> to join our <b>Flex Financial team, </b><b>supporting the Regional Finance Manager for France</b>. In this role, you will support the development and execution of <b>equipment financing solutions</b>, working closely with Sales, Legal and Finance teams to deliver seamless and compliant customer experiences.</p><p></p><p><b>What you will do: </b></p><ul><li><p>You will be the primary support to the Regional Finance Manager in France</p></li><li><p>Support the structuring and pricing of <b>financial deals</b> using internal tools</p></li><li><p>Prepare and manage <b>credit agreements and financing contracts</b>, ensuring accuracy and compliance</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with <b>Legal teams</b> to validate contract clauses and ensure adherence to guidelines</p></li><li><p>Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from creation to <b>activation and documentation management</b></p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Sales teams by providing <b>financial support, training and ad-hoc guidance</b></p></li><li><p>Conduct <b>credit checks</b> and build financial cases in collaboration with partner financial institutions</p></li><li><p>Monitor signed contracts, identify potential issues and ensure proper follow-up</p></li><li><p>Contribute to <b>process improvements and automation</b> to enhance efficiency and accuracy</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you will need: </b></p><p><span><b>Essential Requirements</b></span></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field</p></li><li><p>Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, or similar role</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills with a process-driven mindset</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English (written and spoken)</p></li><li><p>Strong service, training, problem-solving, and communication skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Preferred Requirements</b></span></p><ul><li><p>Experience working with contracts or legal documentation</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Salesforce</p></li><li><p>Fluency in French</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting sales or commercial teams<span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>About Stryker</b></p><p>Stryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and, together with our customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
