Your responsibilities include:</p><p>• Financial Planning &amp; Forecasting: Supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles (LBE), with a focus on sales, margin, and SG&amp;A reviews.</p><p>• Reporting &amp; Visualization: Designing and implementing streamlined reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel to simplify regional performance tracking.</p><p>• Data Consolidation: Aggregating and analyzing large data sets for HQ and regional teams to ensure accuracy and transparency across the EMEA &amp; APAC regions.</p><p>• Business Partnering: Acting as a reliable point of contact for data inquiries and providing actionable recommendations to regional management.</p><p>• Process Optimization: Participating in improvement projects to standardize financial workflows and improve data integrity.</p><p><b>What You’ll Need</b></p><p>• Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or a related corporate finance role.</p><p>• Audit Background: Candidates with prior experience in Audit are strongly preferred, as we value the disciplined approach to data integrity and attention to detail that this background brings to FP&amp;A.</p><p>• Education: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.</p><p>• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI is essential.
