Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>The Position</h3><p><b>Finance Processes and Analytics Partner</b></p><p></p><p><b><i>The Opportunity</i></b></p><p></p><p>As  a  member  of  the  RSS  Performance  Management,  Finance  Expert  Team,  you support the overall PM team by providing relevant data and information to support processes,  challenge  the  status  quo  and  continuously  improve  how  we  serve  the business.  You  are  driven  by  the  goal  to  provide  outstanding  service  to  business finance and business functions embracing an agile mindset.</p><ul><li><p>Maintain  robust  financial  reporting  systems,  processes  and  financial  controls  to ensure integrity and reliability of financial statements and information, in support of  the  RSS  Business  Partners  and  the  RSS  Business.  Ensure  fast  support  of  urgent needs.</p></li><li><p>Provide functional and standard management reporting</p></li><li><p>Manage consistent and quality master data</p></li><li><p>Ensure  globally  aligned  and  consistent  processes  across  RSS sites </p></li><li><p>Continuous improvement and automation/efficiency improvements</p></li><li><p>Support local month end process for RSS locations</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong  partnership  with  all  local  and  global  Finance teams to address issues and inquiries in a timely manner</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>Who you are?</i><b> </b></b></p><ul><li><p>Fluent English knowledge is a must </p></li><li><p>BA or BS in Finance or Accounting, CPA or MBA</p></li><li><p>At least 3-5 years of experience in a global finance/accounting environment</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of finance and accounting concepts, processes and systems</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, quantitative and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Strong system skills: SAP, Business Warehouse, Advanced Excel and proficient in other MS office tools, Advanced gSheet and proficient in other gSuite tools</p></li><li><p>Experience in developing, maintaining and improving reporting platforms is a plus</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>In exchange we provide you with</b></i></p><ul><li><p><span>Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
