We are now looking for motivated students to join our <b>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A)</b> team for a 12‑month placement starting in 2026.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Based in Maidenhead, you will support finance operations across <b>both the UK and Ireland</b>, gaining broad experience in commercial finance, reporting, forecasting, and business partnering.</p><p></p><p>This is an ideal placement for someone looking to build a career in finance within a dynamic, multinational organisation.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></p><p>During your internship, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across key finance functions, including:</p><p></p><p><b>Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis</b></p><ul><li><p>Support monthly <b>Latest Best Estimate (LBE)</b> cycles</p></li><li><p>Prepare <b>expense reports</b> with meaningful commentary</p></li><li><p>Assist with <b>month‑end processes</b>, including accruals and balance sheet analysis</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Sales &amp; Performance Insights</b></p><ul><li><p>Produce daily and monthly <b>sales performance reports</b> for the ANI team</p></li><li><p>Help enhance wholesaler <b>sales and stock reporting</b></p></li><li><p>Analyse data to identify trends and support commercial decisions</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Contracts &amp; Rebates</b></p><ul><li><p>Assist in managing <b>rebate processes</b> for NHS Trusts</p></li><li><p>Support with validating, tracking, and analysing claims</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Business Partnering</b></p><ul><li><p>Work closely with cross‑functional teams</p></li><li><p>Provide timely financial insights to support day‑to‑day and strategic decisions</p></li><li><p>Support ad‑hoc analysis, presentations, and internal reporting</p></li></ul><p></p><p>You’ll also get opportunities to shadow team members, learn new systems (such as SAP, Excel, Power BI), and see how financial insights shape strategy across a major healthcare business.</p><p></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li><p>Successful completion of the first two years of a <b>Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics</b>, or related degree</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers</p></li><li><p>Good communication and teamwork abilities</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or SAP is a plus</p></li><li><p>A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset — someone who takes ownership and is eager to learn</p></li><li><p>Ability to commute to the Maidenhead office as required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>To Apply</b></p><p>Submit your CV to be considered.
