We operate at the center of an ecosystem working toward the precision of healthcare digitalization, helping to drive productivity and improve outcomes for patients, providers, health systems and researchers around the world.</p><p><br />Job Summary<br /><br />The Finance Intern will support the finance department with various tasks related to financial analysis, reporting, and operations, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a multinational healthcare technology company.<br /><br />Job Responsibilities<br /><br />* Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including budget versus actuals, forecasts, and other management reports.<br />* Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.<br />* Participate in data collection, validation, and analysis for various financial projects and initiatives.<br />* Assist with maintaining financial records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<br />* Collaborate with other finance team members on ad-hoc requests and special projects.<br />* Learn and apply company financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.<br />* Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.<br /><br />Job Qualifications<br /><br />* Currently pursuing a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.<b> (At least 1.5 - 2 years to finish degree)</b><br />* Strong academic record.<br />* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) is essential.<br />* Knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint).<br />* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.<br />* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<br />* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.<br />* Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred.<br />* Previous internship experience in finance or accounting is a plus but not required</p><p><b>*Availability to work Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on site.</b></p><p></p><p><b>#KL-L1</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b><b><b>Additional Information</b></b></b></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:left"><b>Relocation Assistance Provided: </b>No</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>
