As our <b>Finance Excellence Partner (FxP)</b>, you won&#39;t just manage numbers; you will be instrumental in streamlining operations by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes.</p><p>You will sit at the heart of our financial transformation, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation. Your goal is to leverage data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and drive digitalization across the entire finance function, collaborating closely with local, regional, and global teams.</p><h3></h3><h3><b>Your Main Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><p><b>Strategic Planning &amp; Analysis:</b> You will lead the preparation and submission of the budget and the three-year business plan (full P&amp;L), ensuring a radical simplification of the planning process.</p></li><li><p><b>Operational Excellence:</b> Analyze P&amp;L deviations, investigate key expenses, and identify end-to-end opportunities for financial improvements across the organization.</p></li><li><p><b>Business Partnering:</b> Act as the dedicated Finance Business Partner for non-customer facing functions (Supply Chain, IT, People &amp; Culture, etc.), driving business cases that maximize long-term impact.</p></li><li><p><b>Month-End &amp; Compliance:</b> Work hand-in-hand with our Shared Service Center to ensure high-quality month-end closings and manage spend allocations, SLAs, and master data integrity.</p></li><li><p><b>Insights for Impact:</b> Collaborate with the Commercial Finance team to provide better insights along the customer journey and support Senior Management with executive presentations for strategic decision-making.</p></li><li><p><b>Digital Catalyst:</b> Leverage existing technology and automation to drive the digitalization of finance, proactively identifying opportunities to rationalize spend and improve FTE/CAPEX monitoring.</p></li><li><p><b>Global Connection:</b> Serve as the local finance point of contact for regional and global inquiries regarding expenses and financial planning.</p></li></ul><h3></h3><h3><b>Who You Are (The skills you need)</b></h3><p>We are looking for a &#34;systems thinker&#34; who understands the big picture and has a passion for delivering tangible value.</p><ul><li><p><b>Experience:</b> Around 5 years of experience in multinational companies or audit, with a strong foundation in accounting principles and financial processes.</p></li><li><p><b>Technical Savvy:</b> High proficiency in <b>SAP (FI, CO, MM, COPA)</b> is a major plus.
